Class time will focus on yoga poses that give the student increased strength, flexibility, and a heightened sense of self esteem. Breathing exercises will be used to build mind-body awareness and give students skills to focus. Activities that encourage imagination and self-expression will help them connect to the world around them and release stress by being in the present moment. Children should dress in loose fitting clothes that are comfortable to move in. instructor Overview Elizabeth Piazza (Miss Elizabeth) Elizabeth Piazza is a dancer, mother, student and teacher.
